Solutions for Plastic Fittings
Process Demanding Materials with Reproducible Consistency
The challenges in the production of plastic fittings and pipe systems are many and varied. Bulky moulds and frequent mould changes make smooth manufacturing difficult. For the processing of common fitting materials such as PVC, PP, PE and PE100 through to high-performance thermoplastics such as PSU, PPSU and PVDF, we have the right injection moulding machines, plasticising units and the necessary technical expertise for your products.
Benefit from our modular machine concepts in the production of your plastic fittings

Increase mould life with digital solutions
Moulds for plastic fittings are often very large but require low clamping force. Our tie-barless victory series and the compact duo two-platen machine have a large and easily accessible mould space. You only invest in the clamping force that the mould actually requires. For bulky injection moulds, we also offer wide-platen versions for the duo with platens that are approximately 20% larger but have the same footprint.
Frequent mould changes can reduce the productivity of your injection moulding machines. Thanks to the large and easily accessible mould space of our victory and duo series, moulds can be changed quickly. In addition, the set-up assistant simplifies the mould change process for your staff thanks to step-by-step instructions and semi-automated processes. You reduce your downtimes and increase your productivity.
The range of plastics from which fittings are made is wide: from standard PP and PVC to high-performance thermoplastics such as PPSU. Each material places high demands on the machine and operator. We develop our plasticising systems in-house, enabling us to provide you with the right components for every material. Our expertise in the processing of high-performance thermoplastics and demanding materials means we can fully support you.
Our perfectly harmonised machine combinations give you maximum flexibility. Thanks to our broad portfolio and the ability to combine specific clamping and injection units, you get exactly the machine you need for the production of your plastic fittings. The huge range of combinations guarantees you the optimum solution for your requirements.
Whether pick-and-place applications with depositing on an integrated conveyor belt, the insertion of seals or the overmoulding of inserts - our automation solutions are versatile and can be used for the production of your plastic fittings. The automation is fully integrated into the CC300 machine control system and is CE-certified ex works. The automation is programmed and parameterised directly on the control system - simply and safely using intuitive operating logic.
If the mould breathing is too high or too low, this can lead to faulty parts due to burners or flash formation. This also results in increased mould wear. The intelligent iQ clamp control software automatically calculates the optimum clamping force for your moulds. This saves energy, reduces rejects and increases the service life of your moulds all at the same time.
