Thanks to our in-house development and production of plasticising components, we can realise screw diameters of up to Ø 260 mm. You can use it to reliably produce plastic water management systems with part weights of up to 100 kg. You also benefit from a reliably high plasticising performance with short cycle times, low scrap and little wear.
Recyclates are increasingly being used in the production of plastic water management systems. In order to minimise the footprint and energy requirements of the system, the two-stage process is used. The regrind is processed directly at the injection moulding machine. By eliminating regranulation, you save up to 30% energy, depending on the application.
