insert 210V/150 rotary US
Gas diffusion layers (GDL), which are used as an integral part of the membrane electrode assembly (MEA) in fuel cells, are given a precisely positioned and highly precise liquid silicone rubber (LSR) seal on the vertical ENGEL insert injection moulding machine. A subsequent integrated camera inspection ensures that the wall thickness of the LSR seal is uniform, thus guaranteeing maximum component quality. The result: a process-reliable production solution with a minimal footprint and maximum output.
The vertical injection moulding machine insert offers a reliable production solution with minimal floor space
The GDL film is fitted with an LSR seal on a minimal footprint
