The sustainable and light solution

e-mac 1565/220

The compact, all-electric e-mac 220 is used to manufacture locking blocks from 100% post-consumer material (PCR) in a fully automated process. In addition, the parts are foamed using Moxietec foam injection moulding technology in combination with ENGEL foammelt. This achieves a 30% reduction in material consumption while increasing impact strength by 10%. The result: a fully automated production solution that perfectly combines sustainability and efficiency.
