Hagleitner simulates nearly every component – this is the only way to get warpage and shrinkage under control. With sim link, Hagleitner reduces time-to-market by up to 50% and cuts rejects during sampling in half – ideal for a fast and resource-efficient production start.
The set-up assistant enables fast and efficient tool changes at Interroll – without compromising on quality. Thanks to clear, standardised processes, even less experienced machine operators can work safely with no need for extensive training.
In series production, the clamping force is often selected based on experience - but it is usually too high. This can lead to mould damage and unnecessary energy consumption. At Igus, iQ clamp control determines the optimum clamping force fully automatically - for maximum safety with minimum energy consumption. The result: longer mould life.
iQ hold control helps you set the ideal holding pressure – for greater stability and consistent quality in the injection moulding process. SolidPlast was able to reduce the holding pressure time by 32% and save a total of 10% in cycle time. The result: higher part quality or shorter cycle times – depending on your production goals.
Parameter-Limits helps SLG to safeguard their injection moulding process from operator errors and to maintain consistently high quality. Individual tolerance ranges for moulding parameters, motion profiles, and heating settings reduce scrap, avoide misadjustments, and ensure a stable, reliable process.
