Cost-efficient foam injection moulding with WINTEC & ENGEL foammelt
WINTEC t-win 6500-3500
Reduce investment and production costs with foammelt technology (physical foaming of plastics): At K 2025, B-pillar trim components for automotive interior applications will be produced on a WINTEC two-platen injection moulding machine. The foamed core enables material savings without compromising the structural integrity of the part. At the same time, the internal foam pressure ensures good replication of the surface design.
