With our system for injection moulding machines, we use familiar operating and interface concepts from everyday use. Contemporary design in combination with modern page navigation simplifies daily work on the machine and saves time. User groups and assignable roles as well as a task- and component-oriented design provide additional support in operating the injection moulding machine controller.
The 21.5" Full-HD screen and the control panel provide an ergonomic working environment. The machine operator can position the control individually in height and angle. With the "e-move" one-hand operation, machine and robot movements can be controlled precisely and continuously. The hand-held unit with touchscreen function enables the user to programme robots conveniently.
The injection moulding machine controller can be adapted to the personal needs of the operator. The creation of favourite pages or navigation, but also the individually designable manual key panel are included as standard. The integrated tutorials in the control system describe the functions in a simple and clear manner.
With the CC300 plus, machine access is quick and safe – without any additional devices. Thanks to RFID, you can use company badges, chips or NFC-enabled smartphones as a digital key. This combines convenience with reliable protection against unauthorised access.

The plus in ergonomics and haptics
As an addition to the CC300 controller family, the CC300 plus combines improved personalisation with optimised ergonomics. It aligns with what is increasingly evident in the operation of machines today: frequent set-up processes and a growing number of manual tasks.
The three-part structure of the CC300 plus operating panel is new: switch-on, visualisation and manual button panel. All three panels offer new and improved functions. The panels are linked through finely adjustable connections and can be independently positioned via buttons. Several different settings can be selected for the manual button panel. For example, you can easily switch between controlling the robot, core pulls, or main movements.
The CC300 plus control unit is an option you can select when ordering your ENGEL injection moulding machine. It is available for all machine types.
Every ENGEL injection moulding machine with a CC300 control unit can be upgraded to the CC300 plus control unit.

It is a good selection if day-to-day operations involve more and more manual operation of injection moulding machines. Examples are frequent mould set-up processes for small batches, as it is sometimes typical in custom injection moulding or in the automotive industry.
The CC300 plus controller simplifies the machine operator’s work thanks to intelligent haptics and customisation.

Challenges such as frequent mould set-up processes that require significant manual effort, as well as simplifications and greater flexibility for the user, were topics of discussion. ENGEL has taken this feedback into account and optimised the new injection moulding machine control unit accordingly.
