The control of the easix articulated arm robots is fully integrated in the control of the injection moulding machines. This enables very simple operation. No programming knowledge is necessary. The additional movement commands for the articulated-arm robot fit seamlessly into the graphic interface of the control system, which significantly simplifies the operation of the multi-axis robot.

Possible Applications of the easix Articulated Arm Robot

Our articulated arm robots have a reach of up to 3,900 mm and a payload of up to 240 kg. The easix jointed-arm robots are used, for example, to produce bumpers, instrument panel carriers and waste containers. Even large injection moulding machines with clamping forces of up to 55,000 kN can be automated with an easix. Other advantages of our jointed-arm robots are high process reliability and production efficiency.
