In many industries, precise guidelines apply as to how exactly the operating point of your production equipment must be maintained. An important prerequisite for verifiable conformity to standards is the regular calibration of the production machines. By issuing a certificate, we confirm the correctness of your production parameters and thus also your production records.

We verify relevant movements, temperature and pressure, considering the specified tolerances.
With a calibrated machine, you ensure a high-quality standard. This is achieved through exact adherence to the production parameters within the specified tolerances for all your produced parts.
Your Advantages with the everQ Machine Qualification
With the everQ machine qualification, we confirm the correctness of your production parameters. This supports the required compliance with quality standards such as VDA 6.1-13.3, IATF 16949 or ISO 13485. In addition, the documentation complies with FDA/GMP standards. Qualification can be carried out both before delivery of your injection moulding machine and regularly at your plant.
We measure all relevant production variables with calibrated reference equipment. The automatically read data is evaluated directly in the corresponding software. As a result, we send you a test certificate on the status of the machine calibration. In this way, you can prove to your customers the correctness of the recorded production data as well as the safety and stability of the production processes.
Deviating sensor signals or unsuitable plasticising components lead to process fluctuations. You can detect this quickly and effectively with regular calibration of your injection moulding machine and initiate appropriate corrective measures. Only if you notice deviations in a timely manner it is possible to stabilise the process. With reproducible production processes, you also benefit from lower scrap.
Thanks to a thorough inspection as part of the machine qualification, our experts detect machine faults and increasing signs of wear at an early stage. This allows you to schedule maintenance or the necessary shutdown measures to get the machine up and running again without unexpected downtime.
