ENGEL UK highlights not 1 but 2 breakthrough machines at Interplas 2026!

At Interplas this year, stand G50 Hall 11 will be home to ENGEL UK. By showcasing two new machine ranges during the event we are demonstrating why we are still market leaders.

Firstly the ENGEL victory electric; a cutting-edge all-electric tie-bar-less injection moulding machine, sets new standards of precision, energy efficiency and flexibility. The completely redesigned clamping unit combines the proven advantages of tie-bar-less technology with the dynamics of electric drive systems.

The second break through machine comes from one of our plants in China. The WINTEC e-win delivers exceptional ROI through uncompromised precision, efficiency and stability backed by ENGEL. Interplas 2026 offers the perfect opportunity for visitors to get up close to the e-win machine to see first-hand the capabilities of this new range.

The victory electric combines the benefits of ENGEL’s tie-bar-less technology with maximum energy efficiency, high precision, short cycle times and a reduced footprint – addressing increased customer demands and making it ideal for use in water fitting production. The machine offers a large platen area and a spacious, unobstructed mould area. This not only simplifies the handling of large moulds, but also significantly expands the possibilities for automation. 

At Interplas, the machine at the heart of this solution is equipped with a mould producing four fittings in a single shot: two with a 90-degree elbow and two with a 45-degree elbow. The parts are moulded in polypropylene, processed with a shot weight of 4 x 80 grams.

The production cell is equipped with several digital assistance systems from ENGEL that enhance ease of operation, reduce scrap, and improve efficiency.

The new WINTEC e-win combines proven ENGEL technologies with consistent standardisation for cost-effective series production. Users benefit from an all-electric injection moulding solution that offers precision and parallel movements along with a robust design, high energy efficiency and short delivery times.

At the ENGEL stand, an e-win with 1,800 kN clamping force will demonstrate its efficiency in a compact production cell: Producing a pebble-shaped storage box using a single-impression mould, incorporating a living hinge moulded via servo-operated sequential valve gates, with no sub-assembly required. This machine series also supports ENGEL’s digital assistance systems. The machine features the iQ weight control system, which analyses the filling behaviour during each shot and adjusts the holding pressure curve in real time within the same cycle.

If we were to describe our Interplas stand in three words these would fit perfectly. All three words encompass both our stand and company philosophy. The machines and technology showcased at the stand will offer a route for customers to stay ahead of their competition.

Expert Corners will also be a feature at Interplas once again. Staffed by ENGEL experts, injection moulders will be able to chat through their own pressure points and discover how the different aspects of ENGEL technology can help them.

Digital Solutions are becoming increasingly important to help injection moulders use the full potential of their injection moulding machines and sustainably reduce their carbon footprint.
