What our employees say

Image shows Mechatronics Technician Apprentice Graduate at ENGEL North America

I enjoyed the opportunities to learn within the program. I think everyone holds back a little when it comes to sharing information with another who “supposed to know.” As an apprentice, people are more open to show me their ways around and more accepting of my mistakes and failures, giving me the opportunities to see both right and wrong ways to go about things.
