Often, a few targeted adjustments, and modified machine settings, are all it takes to regain the kind of performance you expect. Fast support is what you need when things go wrong. Our commitment is: to be there when you need us. Even at three o’clock in the morning. Our telephone hotline is not restricted to “normal office hours”.

The ENGEL telephone hotline puts you in touch with a qualified contact for:

  • Targeted advice on technical problems such as tips on settings
  • Troubleshooting support
  • Coordination of fast spare parts deliveries and on-site service

Outside of office hours, you can contact us from:

  • Monday through Friday: 18.00 hrs to 07.00 hrs Central European Time
  • Friday: 17.00 hrs through to Monday 07.00 hrs Central European Time
  • On Austrian public holidays: 00.00 through 24.00 hrs Central European Time
