Basic automation: ER-USP sprue removal robots

Sprue removal and separation are central to the automation

process. Under the product designation USP (Universal

Speed Picker), ENGEL offers a high-speed universal robot

for injection moulding machines with clamping forces ranging

from 250 kN to 2,200 kN.

HLi robots: fully benefit from the tiebarless machine concept

For standard “pick and place” applications on ENGEL tiebarless

machines within the 200 to 6,000 kN range, the ENGEL ER-HLi robots represent a low-cost means of automation.
