Brief History ENGEL UK

Unimachine Sales was incorporated on 1st April 1964, in Margate - Kent. In 1974 it became part of the ENGEL group of companies, then on 24th February 1976 the company name was changed to "Ludwig ENGEL (UK) Limited" and moved to new premesis in Reading - Berkshire in 1977. The final name change to "ENGEL (UK) Limited" was on 18th October 1988 with another move to Abingdon - Oxfordshire in 1989. The final premesis move to a purpose built facility in Warwick - Warwickshire was in 1993 from where we still operate.
