Conveyor belts made in Kaplice are an integral part of the ENGEL product family.

Conveyor belt systems are the essential supplement for machine automation in the set up of accumulating or cooling conveyor sections after parts removal from injection moulds, but also as connections between the injection moulding machine as the central production unit and a logistics system or for the material flow system in a company. ENGEL develops and produces a wide range of conveyor belt systems in the in-house competence centre for automation peripherals in Kaplice. Special solutions and composite systems also belong to ENGEL Kaplices product range.

The conveyor belts are available in various configurations and are designed for moulded parts transportation from the operator side, rear side or clamping side front. ENGEL can therefore always offer a suitable solution for moulded part handling. These ad on's with belt and roller conveyor systems from the production factory in Kaplice, therefore enables the production of a complete system entirely from our own sites. Conveyor belts for downstream parts that are positioned in machine beds are also part of the ENGEL product range.

In addition, numerous non-ENGEL system conveyor belts are also available for sale. As well as being used together with ENGEL injection moulding machines, ENGEL conveyor belts are also used in other areas, such as in the health and food industries. The conveyor belt design is customised according to the requirements of the actual tasks. They meet all safety standards and facilitate increases in productivity, offer floor savings and speed up production.
